The founder
2+ years of building olympiad champions
Sherzodbek founded Prime Thinkers and has spent the past 2+ years mentoring talented students in preparation for national and international mathematics olympiads, designing original training material and running weekly coaching sessions in algebra, geometry, combinatorics, and number theory.
Each year he runs a school-wide mathematics olympiad to identify six outstanding students for an intensive training program, then coaches them through to national and international competitions.
Beyond the club, Sherzodbek has worked alongside founder Sardor Bozorboev to plan and deliver 14+ nationwide mathematics and academic olympiads, reaching 9,000+ participants across Grades 1-11 in Uzbekistan, coordinating registration, logistics, volunteers, and grading, and helping run Uzbekistan's national selection rounds for TALES, EINSTEIN, STEAM SPIRES, JSEO, G.A.T.E, and IMEC. He also authors original olympiad problems for students across multiple grade levels.
